New Beginnings provides therapy and psychological assessment services for individuals, couples, and families in a safe, confidential, and accepting environment. Services support children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a wide range of mental health and emotional challenges.

Therapeutic services include individual and family therapy addressing concerns such as depression, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, anger management, domestic violence, sexual abuse, and relationship issues. The practice also offers WSIB assessments and therapy, supporting individuals dealing with workplace-related trauma, violence, fear, physical disabilities, and depression.

Psychological and psycho-educational assessments are available to assist in identifying learning disorders, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, mood and anxiety disorders, and other cognitive or developmental concerns. Assessments are designed to help clients better understand their strengths and limitations.

New Beginnings is supported by a multidisciplinary team of registered psychologists, psychotherapists, and social service professionals who use evidence-based and integrative therapeutic approaches. Services are offered in-person, by phone, and through secure online video sessions to best meet client needs.
