Moving with Julie is led by Julie, a licensed REALTOR® with RE/MAX Hallmark First Group Realty Ltd., offering professional real estate services throughout Durham Region and parts of the Kawartha Lakes. With hands-on experience in the real estate industry since 1999 and licensed as a Realtor since 2006, Julie brings deep knowledge of both the buying and selling process.

A lifelong resident of Port Perry for over 48 years, Julie has strong local roots and a genuine understanding of the communities she serves. She has helped clients navigate residential real estate transactions across Port Perry, Brooklin, Oshawa, Whitby, Clarington, and Kawartha communities including Little Britain, Pontypool, Bethany, and Lindsay.

Julie is known for her commitment to honesty, integrity, and hard work, and places a strong emphasis on clear communication and professional service. As an Accredited Buyer’s Representative, she continues to invest in ongoing education to ensure her clients receive informed guidance and strong representation.

She has served as Past President of the Scugog Chamber of Commerce, volunteered extensively with the Heart and Stroke Foundation, and contributed to local organizations including Port Perry Minor Hockey and Scugog Soccer.
